Meet Dr. Lisa Lopes,

Welcome to my page! My name is Lisa Lopes, DNP, and I am a nurse practitioner practicing aesthetics since 2020. I received many of my certifications from Esthetic Skin Institute in 2020. I was practicing as a nurse since 2016 and decided to go back to school for my masters and then finished with my doctorates in 2020. My passion is to help individuals achieve natural enhancements without overdoing it. I hate the artificial and not-so-natural look. When clients come to me, I make sure I meet and plan their goals by the end of their appointment, even if we don’t inject or do treatments that same day.
My other passion I love doing is mentoring my fellow colleagues and nurses to achieve their goals in the aesthetic industry.
In the last few years, I have been mentoring nurses one-on-one who want to help individuals achieve that enhanced beauty. I offer mentorships and clinical directorship across the United States to help guide injectors to build their own business in aesthetics. It brings me joy to help others succeed in this industry as I have in the past couple of years.

Meet DeAnna, the face behind De Aesthetic RN and Co-Owner of Blush & Bold Medical Aesthetics—where confidence meets artistry! With nearly five years as a nurse and just as long perfecting the art of injectables, DeAnna is not only a master at enhancing natural beauty but also a passionate educator and admin assistant for LL Aesthetics.
She teaches a range of courses, including Neurotoxin 101, Advanced Neurotoxin, Lip Filler, PRFM, and Skinvive, shaping the next generation of aesthetic injectors with her expertise and keen eye for detail. But if you ask her what treatment she loves most? Lip filler, hands down! There’s just something about sculpting the perfect pout that makes her heart (and her clients’ lips) fuller!
Beyond the syringe, DeAnna is a Type A go-getter, a shopping addict (don’t ask how many Amazon packages she gets weekly), and a total skincare and aesthetics junkie. When she’s not enhancing beauty or mentoring future injectors, she’s either studying to become an FNP, spending time with her son and family, or planning her next travel adventure—because let’s be real, she works hard and deserves it!

Stephanie Kim, BSN, RN, Educator
Stephanie Kim, BSN, RN, is a highly skilled and compassionate aesthetic nurse with over 17 years of nursing experience. Throughout her dynamic career, Stephanie has excelled in various specialties, including clinical leadership, case management, clinical education, and infection prevention. For 14 years, she held pivotal leadership roles in these fields, cultivating a reputation for excellence and innovation. Currently she’s expanding her clinical expertise by pursuing a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, further broadening her scope of practice.
Steph’s passion for aesthetic medicine emerged from her fascination with the intersection of artistry and science. She has trained extensively with renowned plastic surgeons and anatomists, mastering the art of injectables and minimally invasive procedures. Her exceptional eye for detail, coupled with an empathetic and personalized approach, allows her to craft tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique goals. Her holistic philosophy, embodied in her company’s motto, “Where Wellness Meets Beauty,” sets her apart in the field.
Eight years ago, Stephanie founded GlamNurseSteph Medical Aesthetics, located at The Aesthetique Lounge on the North Shore of Massachusetts. The practice has become a trusted community pillar, recognized not only by patients but also by fellow injectors. Steph was recently honored with the Boston Business Women’s Best Botox/Injections 2024 award, cementing her status as a leader in aesthetic medicine.
Steph’s dedication to advancing the field extends beyond her clinical practice. She served as a Medical Affairs Clinician for Merz Aesthetics, training providers nationally, and also as a Field Territory Trainer for Prollenium. Today, she offers private one-on-one and certificate-based training programs for injectors, empowering the next generation of aesthetic professionals. Her commitment to education ensures she remains at the forefront of the latest advancements, delivering safe, cutting-edge treatments to her patients.
As a serial entrepreneur and mentor, Steph is passionate about inspiring others to pursue their dreams. She proudly identifies as a “nurse-preneur,” combining her expertise as a clinician, educator, and business owner to uplift and empower her community. Her mission is clear: to lead with innovation, inspire through education, and enhance lives by helping others achieve confidence and wellness.
Ashley Santospago, On Call NP
Ashley is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, that has been a registered nurse for over a decade. She has been working in the aesthetics industry, training under some of the best and brightest, since 2021. She attends multiple advanced trainings and conferences yearly to stay on top of the latest and greatest treatments available.
When she first began her aesthetics journey, she started at a large med spa with multiple locations. While grateful for this experience and the patients she was able to work with, this experience showed her all of the ways she did not want to practice moving forward.
This became a catalyst to do better by her patients. She continued training under leaders in the aesthetic field & developing her own signature technique. Developing the passion within her to help people feel and look their best, while incorporating other modalities of healing & wellness, utilizing tried and true methods of facial and body rejuvenation.
She likes to take a conservative, science-backed, approach and look at the whole picture of the patient's lifestyle & how to best create change & increase all aspects of quality of life. She believes it truly is teamwork & involves her patients in every step of their journey.
